Numonyx™ Axcell™ M29F Flash Memory

The Numonyx™ Axcell™ M29F family is a 5V power supply portfolio ideally suited for automotive and embedded applications (such as military, factory automation and avionics). Axcell M29F delivers fast memory execution, product reliability and the long-lasting, stable supply customers require.

The Axcell M29F family is developed on 110nm lithography, a stable and proven process technology which ensures long-lasting and reliable supply. The technology is coupled with the highest of quality standards to further meet the reliability expectations of automotive and embedded market segments.

The family is offered in densities from 2 Mb to 16 Mb, with Automotive-grade solutions qualified to operate at extreme temperatures (-40C to 85C and -40C to 125C).For both automotive and industrial market segments, Axcell M29F is offered in TSOP48 and SO44 packages, leaded or lead free, and is additionally offered as a Known Good Die (KGD) solution.
