The P30/33 family is a high-performance, high-density NOR Flash memory product family for embedded applications, which is being introduced on 65 nm lithography. The P30/P33 family features the easy-to-implement Intel-based command set, fast code execution with burst read mode and a range of comprehensive security options. It is available in both 3 and 1.8 V options and a broad range of package types.
